Bright Future Program was developed by MAYS and is designed to enhance and accelerate the development of teenagers and young adults, thus maximizing the impact they can create in the future.

WHAT WE DO



Bright Future helps everyone from 4 to 21 years old planning the path for accomplishing success in their personal, academic and professional lives.

To guarantee success, our program is sustained by 4 vectors:



Strategy Planning



We believe clear goal-setting is essential for success. Bright Future methodology carefully curates a plan together with parents that is aligned with defined objectives, and coaches youngsters on accountability and ownership for their own success.



Profile Analysis



We periodically evaluate individual skils in a qualitative and quantitative basis to measure progress.

We do this with the highly ranked scientific tests in social, emotional, educational and cognitive areas.



Accelarate Sessions



Our team works with Agile and Scrum Methodology to carefully plan intermediate goals and tasks. These are defined in

weekly sessions with our highly skilled team to empower the brain, personality and behaviour.



Open Experience



Two times per year we create a full week experience camp.

On the field, our team prepares a series of activities from sports, culture and business.
